IN MY OPINOIN, IT’S A BLACK AND WHITE ISSUE WITH POST

Officer Brandi Green, who is a black female was indicted by a Gwinnett County grand jury in February 2020 for violating her oath as an officer according to the Gwinnett Daily Post newspaper. Ms. Green loaned her badge and gun to a friend (another black female) for the purpose of receiving a discount on a minor food purchase (a financial benefit for Ms. Green’s personal friend). That incident lasted about five minutes. That triggered a POST investigation including a case number being issued, the direct witness being interviewed (as with the Whitlock matter, both direct witnesses are on–duty police officers), a policy formatted report and the submission to the Probable Cause Committee which subsequently revoked Ms. Green’s law enforcement certification.

Police Chief Whitlock is a white male and committed a worse act(s) which affected the entire community, and his acts appear to have been swept under the carpet by the POST council. Whitlock allowed a white male personal friend and convicted felon to financial benefit (he was paid $45.00 per hour) from being an impersonator for eight plus hours and he effected the free flow of citizens movement. Just like in Ms. Green’s case they both received a financial benefit from impersonating an officer. Was Ms. Green able to have a “meeting” with POST investigators and told not to do it again? No, she was not afforded the same standard of treatment as Whitlock. We need the Civil Rights Division of the FBI now!

Brandie Green. POST decertified her and nothing done to a white Police Chief for nearly the same actions, but worse. We need the FBI to investigate

11 Alive news – “Roughly two weeks later, on Tuesday, warrants were secured for Kirkland’s arrest for impersonating an officer – a felony. The warrants accuse Kirkland of falsely acting as “a peace officer or other public officer or employee with the intent to mislead another into believing that[he] is actually such officer.”

The Peace Officer Standards & Training Council Director Mike Ayers sees no wrong with this situation!! WHITE PRIVILEGE
